Viewing Usage Data

This section is relevant only for Cloud   Products/Entitlements.

Using this feature, you can track the usage history of a Customer for data analysis and billing.

To view the usage data for a consumed Product:

• On the main menu, click Provisioning Container. The Provisioning Container page appears.
• In the Batch Code drop-down list select the Batch Code to which the Product belongs.

  If you have permission on only one Batch Code or if Sentinel EMS has only one Batch Code, the Batch Code is displayed instead of the drop-down list.

• Select the Provisioning Container to which the Product belongs.
• The right pane displays the associated Products. Select the Products for which you want to view usage data.
• Click Action > View Usage Data. The View Usage Data pop-up is displayed.
• Select dates in the From and To fields to specify the duration for which you want to view the usage data.
• Click Submit.
• Details, such as feature name, user, start date, end date, usage count, usage time, and number of sessions are displayed for the selected product.
